During my stay at Hotel Aix Europe, I found the location to be exceptionally convenient, right next to the metro station, which made exploring Paris a breeze. The staff was remarkably helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile.

The location is lekker! Just a jaunt to two metro stations and loads of cafes nearby. Staff were proper friendly, like chommies who really want to help. Oh, and the room, though small, felt cozy after long days of exploring.

The noise insulation in the rooms could be improved as voices from neighboring rooms were easily heard.

The room was surprisingly cozy for what you pay, and the bed was relatively comfortable, allowing for some decent rest after a long day. It’s also conveniently located near metro access, making getting around a lot easier.

Noise from neighboring rooms was pretty noticeable, which can be a real buzzkill at night. The wifi was sluggish at best, barely handling simple web pages, let alone streaming. There were cleanliness issues as well. Some spots on the floor and walls took away from the otherwise decent setup. I also encountered cockroaches in my room and added to the overall sense of neglect. Not great when you just want to relax.

The room was pretty cozy and warm, which was nice. But the lack of an elevator made lugging my suitcase up the stairs a hassle. Honestly, the cleanliness could have been better, as there were some spots on the floor. The bed was comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep though!

Perfect for a winter getaway!

We had a cozy 3-night stay in a comfy room, which was great since it was super cold outside! The 24hr reception team was fantastic, especially when our flight got delayed. Just wish the breakfast options were a bit more varied, but it did the trick. Great metro access too!

The flat-screen TV was nice, but Wi-Fi was slow and the stairs were rough.
